昨日は良いお天気でしたが、夜中に雨が降り、１日じめっとしていました。明日も、雨みたいです。
It was nice and sunny yesterday but it rained overnight and it’s been a very damp and dark day today; it looks like it’ll rain tomorrow again.
今日は土曜日なので、夫がディナーを作ってくれました。今日は、パスタベイク。冷凍していたお野菜たっぷりのラグーとパスタを混ぜて、ホワイトソースをかけてオーブンで焼いたもの。熱々でとろとろ、寒くなると特にホワイトソースが美味しく感じます。とても美味しかったです。サラダも添えてくれました。ご馳走様！
As it’s a Saturday, my husband cooked dinner. Pasta Bake. He used the ragu (that I made with lots of vegetables a while ago) from the freezer, mixed it with cooked pasta and poured Béchamel sauce over and baked in the oven. Hot, creamy and yummy! I think it’s really nice when it’s cold. He also made a salad. Both yummy.

寒くなるとこれが本当にご馳走ですよね！
私もしばらく前から食べたいと思っていて、でもラグーソースのあまりがなく、そこから作るのもめんどくさいな〜な状態（笑）。
寒くなると、熱々とろとろのものはご馳走ですよね。
そうですね、ソース２種類と思うとちょっと面倒。
ラグーソースをまとめて作って冷凍していると
気軽に作れますよね。
