今日は予報通り暑くなりました。ロンドンやその周辺は３０度超えているようですが、ここは多分２９度くらいだったと思います。何もしなかればそうでもなかったのですが、少し動くと汗だく。明日は２６度に下がるらしいので、ましになります。ロンドンやその周辺は３０度超えているようなので、この辺りはやはりましです。３０度超えるか超えないかで結構違う気がします。

It got quite hot as forecasted.  It’s above 30C in London and around there but it was about 29C here.  As it’s not too humid it feels OK if you don’t do much, but as soon as you start moving you get hot and sweaty.  It’s expected to go down to 26C here so not too bad, much better than above 30C.  I feel below or above 30C makes a big difference.

今日は朝からネイルと美容院、美容院の後で Cowdray Farm Shop & Cafe に寄ってランチを。戻ってきて、午後からは少し花殻摘みもしましたが、昨夜あまり眠れなかったので眠くなりお昼寝をしました。

I had my nails and hair done this morning, stopped at Cowdray Farm Shop & Cafe for lunch, got back and did a little deadheading but I felt very sleepy later in the afternoon so had a nice nap.

夕食は、手違いでソフトトルティーヤを手違いでオーダーしてたくさんあったので、チリコンカーニを作ってソフトタコスにしました。

We had too many soft tortillas in stock as I ordered another pack this week by mistake, so we had Soft Tacos with the Chilli Con Carne that I cooked today.
