今日は、夫の弟と奥さんと４人でランチをしました。場所は、The Woolpack というパブ、我が家から１時間、義弟夫婦からは４５分くらい。

We had lunch with my husband’s younger brother and his wife at “The Woolpack” pub, which is about an hour from us and 45 minutes from my brother-in-law.

 

 

夫は、ラザニア。美味しかったそうです。

My husband had Lasagne, which he enjoyed very much.

 

わたしはソーセージサンド。

I had a sausage sandwich.

 

義弟は（写真では見えませんが）ハム、エッグ、チップス、義妹はフィッシュパイ。

My brother-in-law had Ham, Egg & Chips (it’s hidden on the photo) and my sister-in-law had Fish Pie.

 

デザート・トロリー。久しぶりにみました。

夫とわたしはコーヒーケーキをシェアしましたが、ズドンと思いケーキでわたしは一口だけ。

My husband and I shared Coffee & Biscoff Cake but I only had one little bite because it was really stodgy.

 

義弟夫婦は、レモン・メレンゲをシェアー。すごく甘かったらしく、義妹はあまり食べていませんでした。

My brother-in-law and his wife shared Lemon Meringue.  Apparently it was very sweet, and my sister-in-law didn’t have much.

 

 

帰りに、途中にある大きなファームショップ「Secretts」に寄りました。特に必要なものはなかったのですが、見るだけで楽しい。

We stopped on the way home at a large farm shop, “Secretts”.  We didn’t need anything but it’s fun even to just browse.
