今日の夕食は、ミネストローネ。今日入れたのは、玉ねぎ、セロリ、人参、ポテト(少量)、カボチャ、キャベツ、カネリーニ豆、冷凍していたトマト、月桂樹の葉、玉ねぎ麹、胡椒。隠し味にお味噌。生麹味噌というのを入れたら、もともとお野菜の甘みが出て甘かったのでちょっと甘くなり過ぎた気がしましたが、それでも美味しかったです。
Today’s evening meal was Minestrone. I used onion, celery, carrot, potato (one small one), pumpkin, cabbage, cannellini beans, tomato (from freezer), bay leaf, onion koji, pepper, and a little miso. The miso was koji miso and I think it made things a little too sweet because it was already sweet from having lots of vegetables – it was still very tasty, though.
