昨日の夜は、またジャズのライブに行ったので夕食はすごく早い時間に家で食べて行きました。前日のチキン・エンチラーダが１つだけ残っていたので半分ずつと、Hello Fresh の「Chipotle Corn and Black Bean Soup with Sweet Potato, Cavolo Nero and Cheesy Mini Toasts (チポトル風味のとうもろこしとブラックビーンズのスープ、スィートポテト、カボロネッロ、チーズをのせたミニトースト）でした。スープに入っているのはローストしたスィートポテト、ブラックビーンズ（半分潰す）、玉ねぎ、にんにく、とうもろこし、スモーク・パプリカ、トマトのパッサータ、野菜ストックペースト、チポトルペースト、カボロネッロ（と書かれていましたが実際には普通のケールでした）。水分を多くしたのとクミンを足したのと蜂蜜を省略した以外はレシピの通り。普通に美味しかったのですが、たまたま３日間毎日同じようなメキシコ風のお料理になってしまい、正直、飽きちゃってました。なぜ、メキシコ風のものを２つオーダーしてしまったのやら、しかも、Hello Fresh 以外のものもたまたまメキシコ風のチキンだったし（苦笑）。エンチラーダがあったこともありますが、スープは量が多くて半分残りました。
We went to the Chichester Jazz Club last night again so we had a very early dinner – we had a half each of the chicken enchilada that was left from the day before and then “Chipotle Corn and Black Bean Soup with Sweet Potato, Cavolo Nero and Cheesy Mini Toasts” from Hello Fresh. IN the soup, there were roasted sweet potato, black beans (half mashed), onion, garlic, sweet corns, smoked paprika, tomato passata, vegetable paste, chipotle paste, Cavolo Nerro (athough it was actually normal kale). I added extra water, added some cumin and didn’t use honey but other than that I followed the recipe. It was OK but to be honest we were a bit tired of Mexican taste because we had Mexican dinner for 3 nights in a row. It was silly of me to order 2 Mexican food from Hello Fresh and we even ended up cooking another Mexican meal because I bought Mexican flavoured marinated chicken. Partly because we had the enchilada but also because the portion of the soup was very large, we had only about a half of the soup.
ちなみに、続いていた Hello Fresh のミスはこの数週間ないのですが、ただ、得点で無料でいただけるものが毎回来ません（涙）。無料のものが来ないとクレームしにくいものの、それがお約束だったのでやはり不満は残ります。
Incidentally, we haven’t had a problem with wrong or missing ingredients from Hello Fresh for the last few weeks. However, there is an item that we were supposed to get free of charge as an extra, which has been missing for 3 weeks. It’s a bit awkward to complain about a free thing but it is supposed to be the deal so we aren’t happy about that.
