熊本で大きな地震があり、結構被害も出ているようで心配です。地震は本当に怖い。

We heard that there had been a very big earthquake in Kumamoto, Japan and there had been quite a lot of damage – very scary & sad to see.  Earthquakes are so frightening.

今日の夕食は、昨日のキーマカレーをパスタソースにしてパスタ、でした。パッサータを少し加えてその分カレー粉とお塩を足しただけですが、とても美味しかったです！夫もとても気に入ってくれたようで、何より！もっと食べられたと言っていました（笑）。

Today’s dinner was pasta using yesterday’s left-over Keema Curry, I just added a little passata, curry powder & salt.  Very simple but it was very tasty.  My husband seemed to have really liked it, too, and he said he could have had more!

この数日は最高気温２５度くらいだったのですが、明日はもう少し暑くなるらしい。ですが、昨日は明日は２９度まで上がると予報されていましたが、今見たら２７度になっていました。２７度だとそれほどでもないかな。この先２週間も２５度、６度の予報なので、イギリスにしてはいつまでも暑い日が続きますが２５、６度ならヒートウェーブというほどではないので良かったです。でも、ロンドンは明日は３４度の予報になっています、恐ろしい。

It’s been about 25C for the last few days, which is comfortable enough, but apparently it’ll be about 27C tomorrow.  Yesterday it showed it would be 29C (I think) so I’m glad it’s going to be lower (hopefully).  The forecast says it’ll be 25C or 26C for the next 2 weeks.  It seems there are unusual number of  hot/warm days this summer but 25/26C isn’t too bad.  Having said that, it says 34C for tomorrow in London!  Wow…!
