Keema Curry & Daal


Today’s dinner was Indian.  I tend to have a set of Indian meals, a set of Thai etc etc that I often cook, it’s just so much easier than trying something new – but I should really try different recipes….  I do measure/weigh everything for this Keema curry (the recipe is from a friend who is originally from Pakistan) but somehow the spiciness is different every time.  I have a feeling it’s getting milder – I wonder if our chilli pepper is getting less spicy.
