今日はお友達がカードを作りに来られていたので、短時間で出来る夕食にしました。タイ料理の豚ミンチのバジル炒め、我が家の定番の１皿。いつ食べても美味しい！

Today’s dinner was something nice and quick to cook  because I had a friend with me all afternoon making cards – Stir-Fried Mince Pork with Basil.  It’s one of our favourite dishes, always delicious and satisfying.

お友達は２枚のカードをほぼ完成させられたのですが、すっかり暗くなっていて写真を撮るのは残念だったので次回いらしたときに完成させてから写真を撮らせていただくことにしました。例のとっても可愛いオーブンのクリスマスカードなので力作です。あと一息で２枚完成、というところまで５時間半！写真を撮らせていただくのが楽しみです。

My friend made 2 Christmas cards – almost completed but not quite.  It was quite dark outside as well so I didn’t want to take a photo, we decided she’ll finish them off next time (it’ll take her only a minute) and I’ll take a photo of them.  They are those oven cards, very cute!

明日から３泊だけですが、久しぶりに香港に行ってきます。夫も一緒のロングウィークエンドです。

We are going to Hong Kong tomorrow.  It’ll be only for 3 nights, so just a long weekend but we haven’t been there for a couple of years so we are looking forward to spend time there.
