クリスマスまであと１月になり、気忙しくなってきました。旧正月が終わるまでは道路渋滞も酷くなりオーチャードは普段にも増して人で一杯になるので、ますますオーチャードは避けたいところ。でも、そうもいかないのもこの時期。。。

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia Smith のパンケーキカネロニ。カネロニの代わりに薄いクレープを使ったもので、夫の得意料理。しばらく作っていなかったので、久しぶりです。

The dinner my husband cooked today was Delia Smith’s Pancake Cannelloni.  It’s quite labour intensive but one of his favourite dishes to cook.  He hasn’t made it for a while, though.
