今日も良いお天気で、気温は２２、３度、風が吹くと長袖でなくては寒いですが、風が吹かなければちょうど良い、そんなお天気です。今日は、毎年この時期に行くのを楽しみにしている Tinwood Vinyard でランチをしました。小さなガラスのジャーや小さな器に入っているものから欲しいものを選んでワイン箱に入れてお支払いしてから、ベンチでピクニック感覚でいただくランチで、特別美味しいということではないのですが普通に美味しく、葡萄畑を見ながらというロケーションに特別感があるので外の日陰で気持ちよく座れるこの時期に行くのが最適。５月からいつ行けるかとお天気と睨めっこをしていましたがずっと寒すぎたり雨だったり暑すぎたりで、やっと行くことが出来ました。葡萄畑ツアー込みでなくては予約は出来ないのですが、これまで座れなかったことはないので、少なくとも平日は大丈夫ではないかと思います。夏の間にもう１度くらい行けるでしょうか。
It was nice weather again, about 22C or 23C. A little cold without a long sleeve top when it’s breezy but nice when there is no wind. We finally went to Tinwood Vinyard for lunch today, we look forward to going there around this time of year. You pick what you want from various little glass jars or little dishes of tapas-like things, put them in a wine box, pay for them and have it at one of the benches like a picnic. Not that they are specially delicious but they are good and the location, where you eat while you see the vinyard, makes it a little special so it’s a place to go when you can comfortably sit in the shade. We’ve been wanting to go there for a while and watching the weather but it was either too cold, too hot or wet and it’s finally good weather for it. Unless you take their package of lunch after a tour of their vinyard, you cannot book a table but so far there were always plenty of free tables available, at least on weekdays.
最初行った時はグラスワインもいただけたのですが一昨年、去年はボトルだけになっていて、今回はまたグラスワインもOKになっていたのでロゼのスパークリングを１杯ずつ。
When we were there first time we were able to just get a glass wine but last year and the year before we could only buy whole bottles. However, this time they had by the glass wine back again.
５品取りました。トリュフのアランチーニ、キャベツのコールスロー、ロースト野菜、サンドライトマトフムス、ポテトコロッケ（お隣のチョリソ入りパタタスブラバスと間違って取ってしまいました）、そして小さめのフランスパン２本。デザートは、ラズベリー・パンナコッタ。全部で５８ポンド（１２５００円）でした。
We took 5 item as well as 2 small baguettes. Truffle arrancini, cabbage coleslaw, roasted vegetables, sun dried tomato hummus, potato croquette (we thought we took ‘chorizo patatas bravas but it was actually the one next to it). For the dessert we had Raspberry Panna Cotta. It was £58 in total.
