Wreath & Christmas Canapés Class

今朝はお友達とProvidore のリース作りとクリスマスのカナッペ(デモンストレーションと試食)のクラスに参加しました。作ったリースは、リング状のオアシスに刺すタイプで使っているグリーンやお花もスタンダードなスタイル。

My friend and I joined the class to make a wreath and learn some Christmas Canapes at Providore.





* ビーツのフムスとピタクリスプ

* 3種類のビリー二

* ミンスミートのパルミエ
* ドライフィグのベーコン巻き
* 海老のプラディーメアリー風
* フェタチーズとズッキーニのミニフリタータ。


The canapés we learned were:

  • Crispy pita crisps with spiced beetroot hummus (The instructor run out of time and served cucumber instead of crispy pita).
  • Bilinis thee ways (The instructor run out of time and served it just with one type of topping, which was smoked duck breast, cucumber and spring onion)
  • Mincemeat palmiers
  • Figgy Devils




I didn’t take my SLR camera because I knew I would have to carry a wreath home and the food wasn’t presented nicely so the photos are all pretty bad, which is a shame – hence the size of the photos above.
