Pork Pot Roast with Peach Sauce



Today is the last day of Singapore’s official Chinese New Year holidays, but my husband is still on holidays until end of this week.  Having had migraine I haven’t been feeling 100% (I tend to feel a little unwell for a few days after migraine) but am finally feeling back to normal.  We are planning to go to a cinema tomorrow.


Today’s dinner was Pork Pot Roast with sweet sauce made of tin peach – the sweet sauce goes with pork very well.
