Mince Pork with Basil (Thai)

今日の夕食はタイ料理の豚ミンチのバジル炒め。少し前に作ったのですが、そのときは事情があってやむを得ず牛ミンチを使いおいしくなかったので。辛さも甘さも良い具合に出来ました。今日は1品だけなので、目玉焼きつき。

Today’s dinner was Stir-freid Mince Pork with Basil.  I made it recently but I was forced to use mince beef instead of mince pork, which didn’t work and I couldn’t eat much of, so I wanted to have a good version today.  It came out delicious with right amount of spicyness (quite spicy) and sweetness.  With an fried-egg on rice.

ちなみに、テーブルクロスに使っているのはスリランカで買ったサロン。モロッコ料理の時はモロッコ風に、タイ料理の時はタイ風に見えるような気がする便利なクロスです。

The cloth I’m using is a sarong we bought in Sri Lanka.  It seems to look Moroccan when I use it for Moroccan meal like last night, like Thai when I use it for a Thai meal, I think.  Quite useful.
