Moroccan Meatball Sandwich


Today’s lunch was “Moroccan Meatball Sandwich”.  When I made Moroccan Meatball Tagine some days ago I made more than we would eat for one meal on purpose and froze the left-over so we can have this for lunch.   I put a little Harissa paste on one cut side of each bread and put lettuce, meatballs and coriander leaves in.  Very simple but delicious.  I love the flavour and we would order it if we find it on a menu in a cafe.  We used French bread and Turkish bread and had half each.
