Carrot Soup and Parma Ham & Mango Salad

とある事情で生ハムを消費しなくてはいけないことになったので、マンゴーとモッツァレラと一緒にサラダにすることに。軽めのサラダなのでサラダだけでは物足りないので、スープも。

For a certain reason, we have Prosciutto that we have to eat quickly, so I made salad for dinner today.  It’s a relatively light salad so I also made soup.

スープは、カレー風味の人参スープ。ほぼ、熱々のピューレと思うくらい濃いですが。。。

Soup was carrot soup with curry flavour.  It was very thick, almost like hot puree, but I prefer it think than too thin.

サラダは、生ハム、ロケット、モッツァレラ、トマト、マンゴ、バジル。レモン汁とオリーブオイルと塩胡椒でシンプルに。

For the salad, I used Prosciutto, rocket, mozzarella, tomato, mango and basil.  Simply dressed with just a little lemon juice, olive oil and salt & pepper.

日曜日に夫はハーフマラソンを走るので、明後日からは炭水化物中心の夕食になる予定。

炭水化物といえば、最近周りでは糖質制限ダイエットが流行っているようですね。

My husband is running a half marathon on Sunday so I guess we’ll be eating a lot of carbohydrate from Thursday.

Talking about carbohydrate, many of my friends are on one month low sugar diet.
