Sous Vide Steak

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Anova (Sous Vide)で調理したステーキでした。これまで2度低温調理器ステーキを調理していますが2度ともアメリカのリブアイを使いました。今回は、オーストラリアのリブアイ。やっぱりアメリカのビーフの方が美味しいと思いますが、今日のも柔らかく臭みはなく、マリネに使ったニンニクやロズマリーの味もしみていてとても美味しかったです。

Dinner my husband cooked tonight was Steak using Anova (Sous Vide).  We cooked Steak with Anova twice before but we we used American Rib Eye.  Today, we used Australian.  I must say that US beef is better but it was still very good – tender and no gamy smell.  Rosemary and garlic he used for marinade had gone through the meat well.
