今日夫が作ってくれたのは、リコッタチーズを加えたポテトのニョッキ。リコッタチーズが入ることでふわっとします。夫はもっとしっかりした食感のニョッキの方が好きなようですが、わたしはふわっとしている方が好き。ふわっとしているとはいえ、ポテトとチーズと粉でできているので、思っているよりすぐにお腹がいっぱいになってしまいます。ソースは、マリナーラソース。

Dinner my husband made today – Potato & Ricotta Cheese Gnocchi with Marinara Sauce.  As some ricotta cheese is added to the dough it’s very light.  My husband seems to like more firm type but I like light one.  Although it’s very light, as it’s made of potato, cheese and flour it is quite filling.  The sauce was Marinara Sauce.
