Easy Vegetable Curry

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Gordon Ramsay の簡単野菜カレー(Easy Vegetable Curry)でした。ブロッコリー、カリフラワー、ズッキーニ、赤パプリカ、セロリアック(根セロリ)とお野菜たっぷり。ヘルシーですし美味しかったですが、セロリアックがカレーには合わないような気がしたのと、夫もわたしも酸味が強すぎるように思いました。缶詰のトマトとヨーグルトがたくさん入っていて甘みを加えるものがないので、ヨーグルトの代わりにココナッツミルクを加えるとか、トマトを減らしてストックを加えるとかしてもう少し酸味が抑えられている方が美味しいのではと思いました。

The dinner my husband cooked today was Gordon Ramsay’s “Easy Vegetable Curry”.  It had lots of vegetables – broccoli, cauliflower, courgette, red pepper and celeriac.  Although it was very healthy and was good, I thought that celeriac isn’t very suitable in curry.  We also thought that it was a little too acidic because it had a lot of tin tomatoes and yoghurt, we felt it needed some sweetness as well.  Maybe we could use coconut milk instead of yoghurt or use less tin tomatoes and use some stock instead.
