Pasta Peperonata

今日の夕食は、パスタ・ペペロナータ(ジェイミー・オリーバーのレシピ)。レシピ通りにしましたが、前回少し甘すぎると感じたので最後にフレッシュのトマトを加えてみました。パセリはなかったので、省略。パスタは家にあったフッシーリ(ネジのようになったパスタ)。パプリカを15分弱火で蒸し焼きにしてから玉ねぎを加えてさらに20分蒸し焼きにするので、とても甘くなります。時間はかかりますがたまに混ぜるだけなので、他の材料を切ったり洗い物をしたりしながら作れます。

Today’s dinner was Jamie Oliver’s Pasta Peperonata.  I followed the recipe mostly but I thought it was a little too sweet last time so I added some fresh tomatoes to make it a little more fresh.  Pasta is fussili, no parsley as there was none in the fridge.  You cook peppers in a pan with a lid on for 15 minutes, then add onion and cook further 20 minutes so it takes a while to cook but you hardly do anything other than stirring it occasionally, you can chop other things or do washing up while peppers and onions are cooked.
