Roasted Vegetables & Halloumi Cheese

インド旅行記、頑張っているのですがなかなか進みません。何しろ写真が多すぎて。。。次の観光地の写真だけでも何十枚もあるので、当分かかりそうです。手首の腱鞘炎もまた悪くなって来ました。

今日の夕食は、野菜のローストとハルミチーズ。ローストしたのは、にんにく、玉ねぎ、パプリカ、ジャガイモ、さつまいも。高糖質の野菜ばかりですわね〜。だから、しょっぱいチーズが合うのですが。

Today’s dinner was Roasted Vegetables With Halloumi Cheese.  The vegetables I roasted are garlic, onion, red & yellow pepper, potato and sweet potato – the vegetables that you aren’t supposed to eat much because they are full of sugar…  but that’s why it goes with salty cheese.
