Tagliatelle Toscana

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia SmithTagliatelle Toscana 。ナスとオリーブとチーズが入ったトマトソースのタリアテッレをグラタン皿に入れてオーブンで焼いたものでした。チーズはブロック状のモッツァレラを使っていましたが、とろっと溶けていました。美味しかったです、ご馳走様でした!この人のレシピは量が多いので、かなり減らして良いと思います。今日はパスタはちょうど良い量でしたが、ソースは4人分くらいありました。

Today’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s Tagliatelle Toscana.  It has aubergine, olives and melted mozzarella cheese – baked in the oven after the pasta was tossed in the sauce.  It was very nice – quite filling, though, with lots of aubergine and cheese.  Her recipe tends to be quite generous portion, I would say the same amount of sauce would have been enough for 4 of us (the pasta was a good portion, just too much sauce).
