Pasta Peperonata

今日の夕食は、Jamie Oliver のパスタ・ペペロンナータにしました。赤と黄色のパプリカと玉ねぎをじっくり炒めて甘く柔らかくなったところにお酢を加えてパスタと合えますが、以前作った時に少し甘すぎるように思ったので今回はトマトも加えました。パセリはなかったので、バジルで。

Today’s dinner was Jamie Oliver’s Pasta Peperonata.  You cook red & yellow pepper and onion very slowly on low heat to make it all soft and sweet, then add some vinegar and mix it with pasta.  When I made it before I thought it was a little too sweet so I added some tomatoes this time.
