Fig & Goat Cheeses Salad And Harira Soup


Today’s dinner was vegetarian.  Fig, goata cheese & pine nut salad and Moroccan Harira soup.



1 of the 5 figs (in a pack) was soft but others were still quite hard so I lightly roasted them like the last time and it worked well, it makes it tender and sweet.



I’ve written about moroccan Harira Soup (vegetarian version) before including the recipe.  Today I added some salad spinach.





I try to make a dinner or two in a week when we don’t eat any meat or not much meat and no wine.
