Left-Over Bibimbap


There was some left-over vegetables cooked for Bibimbap from Wednesday, so I used it for lunch.  On Wednesday, I thought the chilli paste wasn’t that great but no wonder why, I found out today that I mistakenly used an old one that I bought ages ago but hadn’t opened instead of the new one!  I used the new one today and it was a lot nicer – more chilli flavour.   Today, I just warmed up everything, put them together in an ordinary bowl rather than trying to make crispy rice part.  I enjoyed it very much.
