Mee Goreng

今日の夕食は、とても久しぶりのミーゴレン。初めて使う乾麺を使ってみたら、ちょっと細すぎた感じ。そして、あると思っていたマギーソースがなく、メモ(自分で書いた「レシピの倍必要」というメモ)の通の量のソースを作ったのになぜかそれでも薄味過ぎ。ということで、イマイチでした。

Today’s dinner was Mee Groreng (Indonesian Stir-fried Noodles).  I hadn’t made it for a long time.  I used a make of dry noodles that I hadn’t tried before but I think they were too thin.  Also, I thought I had Maggie Seasoning Sauce, which is one of the ingredients I needed for this recipe, but I couldn’t find it, I guess I’d thrown it away.  I followed the recipe that had my own memo saying “make double the quantity of the sauce” but it still needed more sauce.  So, it wasn’t great…
