今日夫が夕食に作ってくれたのは、昨日の煮込みと同じくAn Invitation to Italian Cooking by Antonio Carluccio（Antonio Carluccio） という料理本からのレシピ。１つ材料を入れるたびに１０分ほど炒めるので思っているより時間がかかります。家庭料理なので季節や家庭によっていろいろなバージョンがあるようです。贅沢にレシピの通り、サン・ダニエルハム（生ハム）の厚切りを使っています。お野菜もたくさん入っていますが豆とパスタが入っているので、これだけで満足感があるスープです。
