サファリで比較的よく見かける動物もアップしておきます。まず、ロッジで初日にランチをしていた時にも遠くに見えていた、イボイノシシ。なんとも言えない風貌ですよね。サファリで見かけた動物はほとんどが美しかったり可愛かったりで、自然ってすごいな〜、こんな模様が自然に体についているなんて、と見とれたのですが、このイボイノシシは可愛くない（笑）。
I have already uploaded all the “big” animals, so here are some more common ones. These are Warthogs, the first animals we saw from the terrace of the lodge on our first day as well as on game drives. We were in awe of the beauty of almost all the animals but not of this one, these aren’t very pretty.
鳥もたくさんいますが、ほとんどが小さな鳥なのでよくは見えず写真も撮れず。これは大きいので撮れました。ギニー・ファウル。ホロホロ鳥。
Although we saw a lot of birds they were mostly small ones so didn’t really properly see them. These were quite large so we did – they are Guinea fowls so maybe not so interesting to most, to me they were as we don’t see them in Japan often (or in Singapore).
ダチョウ。嬉しいことに、目の前を横切ってくれました。
Ostriches – how lucky we were to see them crossing the road in front of us!
これは、わたしが座っていた側からは見えなかったのですが、ヒョウモンリクガメ、だと思います。夫に撮ってもらいましたが、結構小さかったと言っていました。調べて見たら甲長４０センチ、とありますが、もっとずっと小さかったみたいです。子供だったのかな？
This is Leopard Tortoise. From where I was sitting I wasn’t able to see it but my husband did and took some photos, he told me it was very small.
シマウマも群れになってたくさん色々なところで見かけます。
Of course we also saw a lot of groups of zebras. So beautiful.

これは、夕方に撮った写真なので赤っぽくなっています。
I guess I took these photos in the evneing when the light was yellowish.
かなり遠くにいて走っているジープから撮ったので画像がよくないですが、オジロヌー。何箇所かで見かけました。
Black Wildebeest (White-tailed Gnu). We were far away and the jeep was moving so not such good photos.
こちらは、ロッジの近くにたくさんいたサバンナモンキー。
We also saw a lot of these Vervet Monkies near our lodge.
東ケープを走っているとよく「バブーン（サバンナヒヒ）に注意」というような注意を促す標識が出ていたのですが、わたしたちは結局ヒヒは一度も見かけませんでした。
While we were driving in Eastern Cape, we saw a lot of signs saying something like “Watch out for Baboons, Baboons are attracted to food” but we never saw one.
他に何種類かの鹿の種類を見たので、別に集めてアップします。
