Vegetable Curry


A friend couple were staying with us for a couple of nights after their holiday in  Russia and Europe on their way home in Australia.  We took them to Osaka Kitchen on their first night but last night I cooked Vegetable Curry hoping they like it as they have lived in Japan.  I used onion, carrot, potato, Kabocha (pumpkin) & green beans.



We chatted about lots of things but it was lovely to feel they still have a special affection for Japan.  It’s hard to believe it’s been something like 24 or 25 years since we met in Japan, time flies so fast.


We don’t know exactly when but we are planning to visit Australia sometime next year, so hopefully we’ll see them in Sydney then.
