Shamwari Private Game Reserve からケープタウン方面に向かう道は２日前に通った道なので、ほとんど写真も撮っていませんでした。こんな感じの景色です。

It looks like I didn’t take many photos when we were driving back from the Shamwari Game Reserve because we drove the same road as when we drove out from Cape Town.

行きは途中２箇所に泊まりましたが、帰りは途中 Wilderness で１泊だけしました。Shamwari Game Reserveから Wildernessまで３８０km（４時間半くらい）。途中、Jeffery’s Bay という海辺の町のカフェ「Tasty Table」でランチをしました。特に美味しかったところということで、すでにアップしています。

We stayed in 2 places on our way to Shamwari but only in 1 place on our way back.  It was about 380km from Shamwari to Wilderness, where we stopped for the night.  We had a very nice lunch at a cafe “Tasty Table” in Jeffery’s Bay on our way but I’d already blogged the lunch.

この日、Wilderness で泊まったホテル「On The Beach」は、まさにオン・ザ・ビーチにあり、お部屋からもラウンジからも真ん前に綺麗な海が見えていたので、現地からお部屋からの景色などの写真をアップしています。）が、ラウンジと朝食をとるダイニングルームはまだでした。

The hotel we stayed at in Wilderness was called “On The Beach” and it really was on the beach.  The view from the lounge and also from our room was beautiful and I blogged some photos of the views from Wilderness  Here are a couple of additional photos of the hotel.  The lounge and a dining room for breakfast.

They also had a pool.

白い砂浜に青い海、素晴らしい景色でした。ただ、生憎風がとても強くて、ちょっとお散歩したのですが「砂浜を歩くと砂が入るし、こんなに風が強くてはね」と砂浜の手前で引き返し、レストランがあるあたりを歩いてディナーのためのレストランの視察をしてピッツァ用の釜があった「Pomodoro」というイタリアンを予約し、後ほどディナーに行きました（すでにアップしています））。全然期待していなかったのですが雰囲気も良く、ピッツァもなかなか美味しかったです。

White sand & blue sea – it was beautiful.  However, unfortunately it was so windy and quite cold so we decided not to walk on the beach and walked to the area where restaurants were to see which place looked good for the dinner that day.  In the end we chose an Italian restaurant “Pomodoro” because we saw they had a proper pizza oven.  When we went back, the restaurant was very buzzy, had a great atmosphere and the pizza was quite good, too.  I’ve already blogged the dinner.
