今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、ペンネのスパイシーイタリアンソーセージとトマトのソース。ローズマリーが入っていて、最後に少しクリームも加えています。お料理教室で習ったのをわたしがよく作っていたのですが、その後夫が（お料理教室のレシピではなく適当に作っていますが）よく作ってくれるようになりました。美味しかったです。

Today’s dinner my husband cooked was Penne with Spicy Italian Sausage & Tomato Sauce with a little rosemary & cream.  I learned a recipe similar to this at a cooking class and used to make it often but my husband started making it on Sundays – he doesn’t follow any recipe, though – so I seldom make it any longer.  It was very good.

ちなみに先日行ったお花のクラスで作った花束は、こちら。ミモザ、スィートピー、濃い赤の西洋マツムシソウ、なずな。この色の西洋マツムシソウ、とても素敵で大好きなのですが、この気候だとあっという間にだめになってしまうのが残念。

Incidentally, this is the bouquet I made the other day at a flower class.  Mimosa, sweet pea, scabiosa, and shepherd’s purse.   I love these dark read scabiosa but they have very short lives in this climate.
