2日目のランチは、もちろん飲茶。グランドハイアットの「One Harbour Road」。
On our 2nd day in Hong Kong. The lunch was dim sum, of course – at One Harbour Road in Grand Hyatt Hotel.
小籠包。
Xio Long Bao.
エビ春巻き。
Prawn Spring Rolls.
叉焼包。
BBQ buns.
蒸しポークリブ。ポークは脂が多かったですが、味はあっさり味でした。
Steamed Pork Ribs. The pork was quite fatty but the seasoning was very light.
エビトースト。思っていたのと違いました。ほとんど何の味もせず、これは余り好みじゃなかったです。
Prawn toasts. These were different tasting from what I’d expected, to be honest it didn’t taste much of anything, I didn’t like this much.
デザートは、マンゴープディング。1つをシェアー。
We shared Mango Pudding for dessert.
ガス入りのお水1本とお茶込みで、HK$749(10500円)。
Including a bottle of sparkling water as well as tea, the bill was HK$749.
