Gravadlax & Costa Rican Black Bean Soup



Today’s dinner was Jamie Oliver’s Costa Rican Black Bean Soup, 

which my husband loves.  It has onion, garlic, celery, red & yellow pepper, black beans, fresh red chilli & coriander (leaves & stems).  I cook it for about an hour, then put half of it in a food processer to make it thick.  The topping is a salsa made with the same ingredients, except no black beans.  Eggs make us too full so I didn’t add them today.

I thought just soup for dinner probably doesn’t seem enough for my husband so I served Gravadlax to start with.
