Steak (Sous Vide)

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、低温調理器を使ったステーキでした。Huber’s で買ったアメリカ産のリブアイ、3、4センチの厚さに切ってもらい、半分ずついただきました。ソースは、炒めた玉ねぎに赤ワインを加えたもの。付け合わせは、マッシュポテトと茹でたインゲン。とても美味しかったです!

The dinner my husband cooked today was steak cooked with Sous Vide (using the Anova). We bought US Ribeye in Huber’s (cut very thickly) and shared the one large steak between us – it was about the right amount. The sauce is sauteed onion with red wine sauce. He served with mashed potato and green beans. It was very good!
