Soup, Salad & Fritatta


Today’s dinner was Soup, Goat Cheese & Apple Salad and Fritatta.


The soup was Harira soup, which I froze a few weeks ago. My husband’s favourite.


A friend in Tokyo made an onion fritatta when I visited her. I made one of these today adding some zucchini that was in the fridge left from the weekend.


And Goat Cheese & Apple Salad.
