Chicken With Horseradish & Cream Sauce


Today’s dinner was Chicken breast with horseradish & cream sauce from Australian Women’s Weekly. One thing I do differently from the recipe is to poach the chicken. It’s served with cream sauce with horseradish, dijon mustard etc. I wrote about the recipe here before. Sadly I forgot to get fresh dill today, which would have made it even more delicious, but it was still very tasty. The combination of softly poached chicken, cream sauce with a little acidity and mashed potato is so good.
