Dinner On Our 2nd Day At Amandari

2日目のアマンダリでのディナーをアップし忘れていました。夫の前菜の写真がありませんが、ブラタチーズとトマトをオーダーしていました、美味しいと言っていました。わたしは、バーリーのモロッコ風サラダ、これもまずまず。メインは、わたしは手打ちパスタのプッタネスカ。これは、イマイチでした。思うに柔らかめの手打ちパスタとプッタネスカは合わないのでは。そして、ソースも余りパンチがなかったです。夫はツナでしたが、味がないと言っていました。デザートは、セミフレッド、これも食感がシャリシャリしていてイマイチでした。

I’d forgotten to upload the dinner on our 2nd day at Amandari. It looks like I didn’t take a photos of my husband’s starter but he had Burrata cheese with tomatoes, which he loved. I had Moroccan Barley Salad, which was quite nice. For the main my husband had Tuna, he said it had no taste, I guess due to lack of seasoning. I had handmade pasta with Puttanesca sauce but I didn’t enjoy this. I think the tender handmade pasta doesn’t go with this type of sauce and also I felt the sauce needed a little more punch. For a dessert we shared Semifredo. It had a crunchy texture rather than being creamy and melting as it should.
