Cheese On Toast (With Left-Over Cheese Fondue)


Yesterday was the Chinese New Year Day.  I didn’t think there was no atmosphere of that here naturally, but late at night, there were a few fireworks, which we saw right above our back garden.  I wonder where they were from.


There was a little Cheese Fondue left from the other day, so we used it to make Cheese On Toast.  We aren’t having much salad in this weather so are trying to have a little salad on the side, also used a little Parma Ham from the fridge.
