月曜日からいよいよ本格的な家のリノベーションが始まり、わたしたちは１ヶ月留守にするので、今日の夕食は冷凍庫のものを使ってしまうことにしました。夫は、先週お友達ご夫婦に泊めていただいてステーキをしたとき、フィレ肉を分厚く切ってもらいすぎたので少し切り取って冷凍していたもの。わたしは、ジェイミー・オリバーのジュールが大好きなビーフシチューを冷凍していたもの。どちらにも合うようにポテトのドルフィノア（夫が大好きなポテト料理）を作り、茹でた人参とシュガースナップピーを添えました。どちらも、美味しかったです！

The major house renovation is starting on Monday and we are going to be away from Then for about a month, so we decided to use what we have in the freezer for tonight’s dinner.  When we stayed with our friends last week and had steak dinner, my husband’s fillet was to thick so we sliced some off and kept it in the freezer, and he used it for his steak (cooked with Anova).  I had Jamie Oliver’s Jool’s favourite stew that we froze sometime ago (there was only a small portion).  We cooked Potato Dauphinoise, which is my husband’s favourite and would go with both of the dinners, and some carrots and sugar snap peas.  Both good!
