インスタグラムに広告が入ってきて、うっとおしいと思うこともあるのですが、今の時期、結構助かることもあります。先日、ハーブの苗の広告が入ってきたのでオーダーしてみました。しかも、結構大量に（笑）。バラでもオーダーできるのですが、セットになっているものを３セットオーダーしてみました。重なっているものもいくつかありますが２株くらいある方が良いので問題なし。
I get a lot of adverts on my Instagram feed, which sometimes annoys me but sometimes pleases me. Specially since the lockdown, there have been a few useful adverts. The other day, I saw this company that deliver herbs so I made quite a large order. You can order individual herbs but I ordered 3 of their “collection” sets, some herbs are duplicated but I don’t mind that because I would like quite a lot of them anyway.

届いた時、箱を開けたら上の写真のような状態だったので、あれ、鉢に入ってくると思っていたのに、とちょっとがっかりし、先日 Petworth に行ったときにたまたまガーデニンググッズを売っているお店を見かけたので鉢やスコップや土を買ってきました。
When they arrived, they were in cardboard boxes and when we opened them they were like the above photos. I thought, “Oh, I thought they were going to come in pots…”. When we were in Petworth, we happened to see a shop that sells gardening things so we bought things like pots, a spade and compost so we can pot these.
が、今朝夫がプラスチックのものを開けてくれたら、ちゃんと鉢に入っていました。小さな鉢なのでそう遠くないうちに買って来たものに植え替える方が良いと思うので、買った鉢も無駄にはならないと思います。ローズマリーやタイムなど出来そうなものは地植えにしたいのですがどこに植えるかなど決めていないので、とりあえずしばらくこのまま。ちゃんと成長してくれるかな。
However, when my husband opened the plastic covers this morning, he found they were already in pots. The pots are very small so I guess we’ll have to replant them soon anyway so the pots we bought will not be wasted. I would like to plant at least some of them in the ground, like rosemary and thyme, but haven’t decided where exactly (because I don’t know where is good), so we’ll keep them in their pots for a while, I think. I hope they’ll grow.
