今日のディナーは、「Thai-Style Yellow Beef Meatball Curry with Charred Courgette and Jasmine Rice」（タイ風イエロー・ミートボールカレー、ズッキーニとジャスミンライスと）でした。

Today’s dinner was “Thai-Style Beef Meatball Curry with Charred Courgette and Jasmine Rice” from Hello Fresh.

タイにミートボールカレーって本当にあるんでしょうか？見たことない気がします。でも、検索すると結構ヒットします。いずれにしても、Hello Fresh は〇〇っぽく味付けしたもの、というものが多いので本格的なものではないのですが、それなりに美味しいです。今日のカレーは、夫は特に気に入っていました。わたしにはココナッツミルクが多過ぎて途中でお腹いっぱいになってしまいましたが、味は良かったです。

I don’t know if there is such a thing as meatball curry in Thailand, I have never seen one myself, but when I searched online there were a lot of recipes of Thai meatball curry, so maybe there is.  Anyway, meals from Hello Fresh aren’t authentic, they are just “Thai style” flavour, for example, but we don’t mind it as long as it tastes good.  This one was very good, my husband really enjoyed it.  For me, as always, there is too much coconut milk, which makes it heavy and I felt very full halfway through. I did enjoy it, though.
