今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Caramelised Onion Sausage Traybake with Carrots, Apple and Caramelised Onion Drizzle」（キャラメライズした玉ねぎのソーセージのトレイ・ベイク、人参、りんご、キャラメライズオニオンのソース）でした。自分たちでも時々しますが、お野菜やりんごとソーセージをオーブンで焼いたもの。香りづけにセージが入り、最後にサラダホウレンソウがたっぷり入ります。ソースはキャラメライズオニオンのマーマレードえがついてきたので、そこにお水を少し加えて温めただけ。ソーセージにもキャラメライズした玉ねぎが入っているようで、少し甘めの味付け、おいしかったです。ポテトはいつものように多すぎたので、余りました。

Today’s dinner was “Caramelised Onion Sausage Traybake with Carrots, Apple and Caramelised Onion Drizzle” from Hello Fresh.  This is something we also make now and again ourselves.  Sausages baked in a tray with onion, carrot, apple and potato in the oven.   A little sage is also added to add some herby aroma and a huge amount of baby spinach at the end.  A small pot of caramelised onion marmalade was included and all we did was to add a little water and warm up to drizzle over everything.  Sausages also have some caramelised onion in them so they were a little sweet, quite tasty.  Too much potato as always, we couldn’t finish it.
