Kitchen Sink Pasta (Zucchini, Tomato, Pancetta, Garlic, Chilli, Parmesan Cheese)


It was raining on and off all day today until around the time when we started dinner, when there was some sun shine.  About a week ago, we were invited to a BBQ at a friends’ place because the forecast said it was going to be good weather that day, but a few days ago it changed (well, it seems to change all the time here, is there much point of a forecast??) and it looked like it was going to rain on that day so we postponed it.


Today’s dinner was Pasta with what we had at home.  I used lots of garlic, some dried chilli flakes, pancetta, zucchini, tomato and some Parmesan Cheese and also just a tiny bit of soy sauce.  You don’t actually taste soy sauce, it just adds some “Umami”, as everyone seems to call it these days.
