Fried Rice & Gyoza


Today’s dinner was fried rice and gyoza.  In the fried rice, I used onion, red & yellow pepper.  I was going to use cabbage so sliced them, washed them and put them in water but I forgot completely to use it, so afterwards I used it to make Coleslaw adding some carrot and onion so we can use it for lunch in sandwiches tomorrow.  Gyoza (from frozen and store bought) was cooked nice and crispy, but I preferred the ones that we bought before.  We felt we should have prepared one more dish.
