この間冷やし中華を作ったときのタレが残っていて、ゆで卵やハムも早く食べないと行けないし、他の具材も揃っていたので今日のランチは冷やし中華にしました。具はゆで卵、ハムの他にキュウリ、レタス、錦糸卵、トマト、傷みそうだったアボカド。美味しかったですが、具材が多すぎてやっと食べ切った、という感じでした(笑)。
When I made this Japanese style Chinese cold noodles previously, there was some sauce (dressing?) left, and we had boiled egg and ham in the fridge that we should eat and had everything else needed for this dish, so I made it again for lunch today. As well as boiled egg and ham, I used cucumber, lettuce, egg crepe (sliced thinly), tomato and an avocado that needed to be eaten. It was very good but too much toppings, we just managed to finish it.
