明日、Petworth で食料調達予定なので、今日は家にあるものでディナー。と言ってもお肉はないですし、お野菜もほとんどないので、パスタ。玉ねぎ、ニンニク、唐辛子、チョリソー、缶トマトで作ったソースに少しクリームを加えました。

We are going to Petworth to get some food tomorrow, so we cooked dinner with what we had available at home.  No meat and not a lot of vegetables left so it was pasta with chorizo, onion, garlic, chillli pepper and tinned tomato with a little cream.

パスタの前に、先日 Petworth のいつも行くデリでエアルームトマト（大昔からあるトマトのことで色々な形や大きさのものが一緒になって売られています）があったので、ミニモッツァレラと一緒にしてカプレーゼにしました。こういうサラダ、作ってみたかったのです。

Before pasta we had a caprese using the Heirloom tomatoes that we found the other day in the deli we go to in Petworth.  I’ve always wanted to use them for a salad like this!

パスタも美味しく出来ました。

The pasta was good, too.
