Chicken Cream Stew With Rice


Today’s dinner was left-over from last night.  Although it depends on what it is, but in general, my husband and I don’t enjoy eating the same dinner on the following day or even a couple of days later so we tend to freeze left-overa and have it a while later.  However, the freezer is very full at the moment, so we needed to eat it today.


We loosened it a little and added some mustard and had it with rice and green beans on the side.  I like cream sauce with rice.  The rice is a mixture of multi-grained rice and usual white rice, that’s why it looks strange.
