今日のディナーは、ミートボールパスタでした。夫のお得意料理。ベースはディリア・スミスのレシピですが、少しアレンジを加えています。わたしはソース担当、夫はミートボール担当、とても美味しくできました。

Today’s dinner was pasta with meatballs, which is from my husband’s standard repertoire.  It’s a recipe from Delia Smith’s old cookery book but we’ve made a few changes.  I was in charge of making the sauce and my husband was in charge of making meatballs.
