少し前に何年ぶりかでラザニアを作ったらとても美味しかったので、また食べたくなって今日のディナーに作りました。後ほど別にアップしますが、今日は Thermomix というものを使って、Thermomix のレシピで（お野菜とトマトを多めにしたりスパイスを加えたりと少し変えていますが）作ってみたのですが、とても美味しく出来ました。半分残っているので、あとの半分は明後日あたりにまた夕食に登場すると思います。

We cooked Lasagne the other day after many years of not making it and we really enjoyed it, so we decided to cook it for dinner today again.  However, this time we cooked it using our new Thermomix (I’ll blog it in a separate post) with their recipe (although we did make some changes like using more vegetables & tomatoes, adding some spices etc).  It was very tasty.  We had just a half of it so the other half will be a dinner probably around Sunday.
