Pasta Gratin

今日のディナーは、パスタグラタン。マッシュルームをたくさん入れたラグー(ミートソース)と絡めたパスタの上に冷凍していたホワイトソースを解凍してかけて、ピザ用チーズとパルメジャーノ・レジアーノをかけてオーブンで20分焼いて出来上がり。ラグーは昔お友達シェフに教えていただいたものがベースになっています。玉ねぎ、ニンニク、ビーフミンチ、赤ワイン、缶トマト、塩胡椒、ケチャップ少量、クローブ。

Today’s dinner was Pasta Gratin.  We made a ragu with lots of mushrooms, mixed it with cooked pasta, put them in a gratin dish, poured on some defrosted white sauce that we made sometime ago, topped it all with some pizza cheese and Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven for 20 minutes until it was nice and brown and bubbly.  My friend, who is a chef, once showed me how to make ragu with lots of mushrooms and that is the base of this one – onion, garlic, minced beef, red wine, tinned tomatos, salt, pepper, ketchup (just a little) and a clove.
