Chilled Pasta With Peaches

よく熟れて早く食べなくてはという桃がたくさんあったので(こちらの桃は小さなものが多い)、今日の夕食は桃と生ハムの冷製パスタにしました。今シーズン最後かな。入れたのは、桃、生ハム、バジル、レモン汁、バルサミコ酢、塩胡椒、オリーブオイル。ロケットはなかったので入れられず。前回入れたニンニクを入れ忘れました、少し入れたほうが美味しいと思います。

There were many very ripe peaches that we should eat, so we made Chilled Pasta with Peaches.  Probably the last one this season.  We used peaches, Parma Ham, basil, lemon juice, Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper.  No rocket today as we didn’t have any.  I forgot to use a little grated garlic, which would have made it even more delicious.
